quote & proposal
You will then receive a customised quote & proposal within 2-3 business days. This will include a custom mood board with design ideas Booking: once you have received your quote & proposal & you are ready to book in, a 30% deposit is required & a signed contract. Once this is received we will send you a confirmation email & you are officially a Bold & Blooming couple! Please note that bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to deposit. Your quote is just a starting point to your big day. If you aren’t exactly sure what you may need or require, we will assist you with designs that complement your venue & vision. We can make adjustments & alternations to your final invoice up until 4 weeks before your wedding day, so there is no pressure to finalise everything at time of booking
Final Consult
Your final consultation will take place 6-10 weeks prior to your wedding day. We will meet in person or via zoom where we will present you with a detailed mood board of each design element of your day. This is when we will finalise all design details, finalise the logistic of the day & bring your vision to life!
the Wedding day
Your day has finally arrived! All of your planning and stress falls away as your vendor team takes care of everything! Personal designs such as bouquets and button holes will be delivered in the morning, before heading to your venue to install your designs & bring your vision to life alongside your other incredible vendors. We strive on selected the most beautiful florals for your day, hand selecting each element of the highest quality.we encourage all of our beautiful couples & their families & friends to take as many beautiful florals home, not including vessels and equipment hired from Bold & Blooming.
After the wedding
We will return to your venue the night of your wedding after the celebrations have concluded ( or following day if suited better) to clean the venue of all florals and foliages, removing all hired equipment & cleaning of vessels & candle holders. We do offer an additional service where Bold & Blooming can return to your venue prior to your wedding celebrations concluding, remove all florals & foliages & wrap these in beautiful bouquets for yourselves, family & friends to take home with them
